Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent showers. Friendly and attentive staff. Helpful and accommodating. Great manager. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Convenient location with easy access to the main tourist areas and surrounding coffee shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was big and comfortable, with twin size beds and a clean bathroom with a bathtub. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room tidy and clean. We also appreciated the extra pillows they provided and the daily supply of bottled water and snacks. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. The location of this hotel was ideal, situated away from the chaos of the city but still close to famous cafe streets. we had a fantastic experience here.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Located near famous cafe streets, this hotel offers easy access to delicious breakfast options. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-functioning showers. Staff are friendly and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate their guests. Breakfast offers a combination of Vietnamese and Western options, with good quality coffee. One can enjoy a free fruit basket and welcome letter upon arrival, and the hotel offers helpful concierge services.
The hotel staff were not very knowledgeable about public transportation options.

I had a great time at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with excellent facilities such as a strong shower and comfy bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided helpful assistance whenever I needed it. The location was convenient for attending my event nearby, and it was easy to find taxis.

the food was delicious and there was a variety of options available. the staff was friendly and always available to help. Location was great, close to the city center and easy to get transportation. the hotel had a gym which was an advantage for me.
The walls were quite thin, which made the rooms noisy. I had trouble sleeping and could hear noises from other rooms.

The hotel was new and well-located, close to many cafes and local restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, with a range of dishes to choose from. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any requests.
Our room had a musty smell, which was not very pleasant. The receptionist was friendly when we checked in but was unfriendly and even aggressive when we checked out.
